Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard orders ship in 3 to 7 business days, oversized products in 7 to 14 business days, and freight deliveries in 7 to 21 business days from our Miami, Florida facility.

Our design team can review your space and recommend fixtures and placement for your project. Submit a consultation request with your project details and photos, and a member of our team will follow up directly.

Certifications vary by fixture and are listed on each product page, most carry ETL/Intertek listing and an IP65 (or higher) water-resistance rating for outdoor use. Check the individual product's specification tab for exact ratings.

Each fixture is offered in the finish options shown on its product page. We don't currently offer custom powder coating or hand-finishing, reach out to our concierge team if you have a specific project need.

We provide installation guides and documentation for every fixture (available on the product page and after warranty registration). We recommend licensed electricians for hardwired installations; our concierge team can answer product-specific questions before you begin.
