Before initiating legal action, customers agree to first contact THH Living and attempt to resolve disputes informally. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

THH Living reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
