Membership & Rewards Program Terms

Participation is available to:

• ✦Individuals 18 years or older
• ✦Customers with a valid THH Living account
• ✦Residents of eligible service areas

Business accounts, Trade Accounts, resellers, distributors, and wholesale accounts may be excluded from certain rewards benefits.

Tier 1, Member
Requirement: Account registration.

• ✦Earn 1 point per $1 spent
• ✦Access to standard rewards
• ✦Access to public collections

Tier 2, Preferred
Requirement: $500 lifetime spend.

• ✦Earn 1.25 points per $1 spent
• ✦Early access to selected launches
• ✦Preferred-only promotions

Tier 3, Elite
Requirement: $2,500 lifetime spend.

• ✦Earn 1.5 points per $1 spent
• ✦Access to exclusive collections
• ✦Priority member offers
• ✦VIP product launches

Tier 4, Black Elite
Requirement: $10,000 lifetime spend.

• ✦Earn 2 points per $1 spent
• ✦Highest membership level
• ✦Concierge-level customer support
• ✦Exclusive Black Elite product access
• ✦Priority release access

Membership badges may be displayed throughout the website.

• ✦Member, Silver Badge
• ✦Preferred, Gold Badge
• ✦Elite, Premium Gold Badge
• ✦Black Elite, Black & Gold Badge

Badges are for identification purposes only and have no cash value.

Points are earned through qualifying purchases. Standard rate:

• ✦Member: 1 point per $1 spent
• ✦Preferred: 1.25 points per $1 spent
• ✦Elite: 1.5 points per $1 spent
• ✦Black Elite: 2 points per $1 spent

Points may also be earned through promotional activities including account creation, product reviews, referrals, bonus campaigns, and membership promotions. THH Living reserves the right to modify earning rates at any time.

Points may be redeemed for store credit. Current redemption values:

• ✦500 points = $25 store credit
• ✦1,000 points = $60 store credit
• ✦2,000 points = $150 store credit

THH Living reserves the right to modify redemption values at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Store credit:

• ✦May only be used at THH Living.
• ✦Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• ✦Cannot be transferred to another account.
• ✦Cannot be sold or gifted.

Store credit may be combined with promotions unless otherwise stated.

Lifetime Spend includes:

• ✦Completed purchases
• ✦Successfully processed transactions

Lifetime Spend excludes:

• ✦Taxes
• ✦Shipping charges
• ✦Refunded purchases
• ✦Canceled orders
• ✦Chargebacks

THH Living reserves the right to recalculate Lifetime Spend at any time.

Membership levels are upgraded automatically when the customer reaches the required Lifetime Spend threshold. Customers may receive:

• ✦Bonus points
• ✦Upgrade notifications
• ✦New benefits access

Tier upgrades are subject to verification.

Membership status is a privilege granted by THH Living. THH Living reserves the right to:

• ✦Upgrade accounts
• ✦Downgrade accounts
• ✦Suspend accounts
• ✦Terminate accounts

when abuse, fraud, or violations are suspected.

Referral rewards may be offered from time to time. Referral abuse is prohibited. Examples include:

• ✦Self-referrals
• ✦Fake accounts
• ✦Multiple accounts controlled by the same person
• ✦Fraudulent transactions

THH Living reserves the right to remove referral rewards obtained through abuse.

If an order is refunded, canceled, disputed, or returned, THH Living may:

• ✦Remove earned points
• ✦Reverse store credit
• ✦Adjust Lifetime Spend
• ✦Recalculate membership tier

Membership benefits obtained through refunded purchases may be revoked.

Certain products may be restricted to:

• ✦Preferred Members
• ✦Elite Members
• ✦Black Elite Members

Product eligibility may change at any time. THH Living does not guarantee future availability of exclusive products.

THH Living may use:

• ✦Purchase history
• ✦Browsing behavior
• ✦Membership level
• ✦Product preferences

to provide personalized recommendations and offers. Participation in personalized recommendations is subject to the Privacy Policy.

THH Living reserves the right to:

• ✦Modify benefits
• ✦Modify point values
• ✦Modify tier requirements
• ✦Modify promotions
• ✦Add or remove rewards

These changes may occur without prior notice.

THH Living may suspend or terminate the Membership Program at any time. In the event of termination:

• ✦Points may expire
• ✦Store credits may expire
• ✦Benefits may be discontinued

unless otherwise required by law.

THH Living may investigate any activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the intent of the Program. Fraudulent activity may result in:

• ✦Loss of points
• ✦Loss of membership status
• ✦Account suspension
• ✦Account termination

Membership benefits, points, badges, rewards, and store credits are promotional in nature. THH Living shall not be liable for:

• ✦Lost rewards
• ✦System errors
• ✦Program interruptions
• ✦Benefit changes
• ✦Membership status changes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
