THH Living reserves the right to approve or deny any application.

Applicants may be required to provide:

• ✦Proof of professional status

Additional documentation may be requested.

Approved members may receive:

Benefits may vary based on project size and account activity.

Trade discounts are confidential. Discounts may vary based on:

• ✦Product category
• ✦Purchase volume
• ✦Project size
• ✦Annual spend
• ✦Promotional programs

THH Living reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

THH Living may establish minimum purchase requirements to maintain active Trade status. Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods may be downgraded or removed from the program.

Qualified Trade Members may request:

• ✦Multi-property pricing
• ✦Hospitality pricing

Quotes are valid only for the period specified on the quotation.

Unless otherwise approved in writing:

• ✦Payment is due at checkout.
• ✦Credit terms are not automatically provided.
• ✦Deposits may be required for special orders.

THH Living reserves the right to modify payment requirements.

Trade orders are subject to the THH Living Shipping Policy. Large commercial projects may require:

• ✦Freight delivery
• ✦Liftgate service
• ✦Scheduled delivery
• ✦White glove service

Additional fees may apply.

Trade purchases are subject to the THH Living Return Policy. Custom project orders, volume orders, special orders, and made-to-order products may be non-returnable. Project-specific return terms may apply.

Trade purchases are subject to THH Living Warranty Terms. Coverage for commercial installations varies by product type and will be confirmed in writing at the time of quote or order. Warranty coverage excludes labor, installation, removal, and reinstallation costs.

THH Living may provide:

Such assistance is informational only. Final product selection remains the responsibility of the Trade Member.

Approved Trade Members may receive access to:

These materials remain the property of THH Living.

Trade pricing, project pricing, and negotiated discounts are confidential. Trade Members agree not to:

• ✦Publish pricing
• ✦Share pricing with competitors
• ✦Disclose confidential commercial terms

Unauthorized disclosure may result in termination from the program.

THH Living may suspend or terminate Trade Accounts for:

• ✦Fraud
• ✦Abuse
• ✦Misrepresentation
• ✦Non-payment
• ✦Violation of these Terms

Termination may occur without prior notice.

All trademarks, logos, product images, designs, specifications, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of THH Living. Participation in the Trade Program does not grant ownership rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THH Living's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable products. THH Living shall not be liable for:

• ✦Project delays
• ✦Lost business opportunities
• ✦Labor expenses
• ✦Contractor expenses
• ✦Consequential damages

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
