Warranty Registration Program Terms

Warranty registration is available to:

• ✦Original purchasers of THH Living products
• ✦Residential customers
• ✦Approved Trade Program customers
• ✦Commercial customers

Products must be purchased from:

• ✦The THH Living website
• ✦Authorized THH Living retailers
• ✦Authorized THH Living distributors

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers may not qualify.

Customers are encouraged to register products within 90 days of purchase. Registration remains available after 90 days but may require additional verification.

Customers may be required to provide:

• ✦Full name
• ✦Email address
• ✦Phone number
• ✦Shipping address
• ✦Order number
• ✦Purchase date
• ✦Product model number
• ✦Product serial number (if applicable)

Customers may also upload:

• ✦Purchase receipt
• ✦Product photos
• ✦Installation photos

Registered customers may receive:

• ✦Faster warranty claims processing
• ✦Ownership verification
• ✦Product support priority
• ✦Product safety notifications
• ✦Product update notifications
• ✦Exclusive member promotions
• ✦Extended product documentation access

Benefits may change without notice.

Registration does not extend warranty coverage. Warranty coverage remains subject to our Warranty Policy, Terms of Service, and any product-specific warranty terms. The standard warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

THH Living reserves the right to verify:

• ✦Product ownership
• ✦Purchase source
• ✦Purchase date
• ✦Product authenticity

Additional documentation may be requested.

The THH Living 5-Year Warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Warranty coverage generally applies only to the original purchaser.

To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:

• ✦Proof of purchase
• ✦Product photos
• ✦Video documentation
• ✦A description of the issue

THH Living may request additional information before approving a claim.

At THH Living's sole discretion, approved claims may be resolved through:

• ✦Replacement parts
• ✦Product repair support
• ✦Product replacement
• ✦Equivalent product replacement
• ✦Store credit

The selected remedy shall be the customer's exclusive remedy under the warranty.

Warranty registration does not cover:

• ✦Improper installation
• ✦Improper wiring
• ✦Misuse
• ✦Abuse
• ✦Accidental damage
• ✦Water damage
• ✦Cosmetic damage
• ✦Normal wear and tear
• ✦Unauthorized modifications
• ✦Commercial use beyond coverage terms
• ✦Labor costs
• ✦Removal costs
• ✦Reinstallation costs

Registered customers may receive important safety notices regarding:

• ✦Product updates
• ✦Safety advisories
• ✦Product improvements
• ✦Product recalls

THH Living may contact customers using the information provided during registration.

Information collected through the Warranty Registration Program is governed by the THH Living Privacy Policy. Registration information may be used for:

• ✦Warranty administration
• ✦Product support
• ✦Safety notifications
• ✦Customer service

THH Living does not sell customer warranty registration information.

THH Living reserves the right to deny warranty claims involving:

• ✦False information
• ✦Fraudulent documentation
• ✦Counterfeit products
• ✦Unauthorized resellers
• ✦Misrepresentation

Fraudulent claims may result in permanent denial of warranty benefits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THH Living's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. THH Living shall not be liable for:

• ✦Contractor fees
• ✦Electrician fees
• ✦Project delays
• ✦Lost profits
• ✦Consequential damages
• ✦Incidental damages

THH Living reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Warranty Registration Program at any time. Such changes shall not affect warranty claims already approved.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
